HPV Vaccination 2024/25

The HPV vaccination programme for year 8 students was recently launched and will run until the summer holidays in schools across Lambeth.

The HPV vaccine is offered to all students in year 8, and as part of an ‘evergreen offer’ to any older students who may have missed the vaccine in previous years. Please see this Consent form.

This form is for year 8 students who are being offered the HPV vaccine in the first instance. To complete a consent for students in year 9 or older, please direct students to contact the Lambeth team (020 8614 5495 / HRCH.LambethImms@nhs.net ).

Children also have the opportunity to catch-up with other vaccines that they have missed including the DTP/MenACWY vaccine and the MMR vaccine .
