PPG meeting summary – June 2025 (Quarter 2)

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) met on 26 June 2025 at Chandler’s Hall.

The main update focused on the practice’s permanent relocation to a new long-term site. NHS South East London is working closely with the practice to secure an alternative site that has been identified. This opportunity is developing at pace, and more information will be shared as soon as possible. The practice is still aiming to have new premises by the end of 2026 or early 2027.

Additional topics included the launch of the new practice website, ongoing improvements to patient access and reception services, and general patient feedback.

The next PPG meeting is scheduled for September 2025.
