What is Accurx?
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
It may not be necessary for you to call us or attend the practice for your condition or concern; you can use Accurx to submit a request with details about your condition or your administration request and you will receive a response from the practice by the end of the next working day and usually sooner.
This simple app allows our team to review the information you provide and make sure the right person assists you as soon as possible.
You can request Fit notes, prescriptions and results.
Depending on your request, we may respond online, by text or may arrange a telephone or video appointment for you.
Online appointment requests are safe and secure. Requests can be submitted by the patient themselves, parents of children, or someone with consent to contact so you’ll also be asked to confirm who you are before filling out the form.
