This Patient Participation Questionnaire 2013 is being carried out by Lambeth Walk Group Practice for all registered patients of the practice.
We created the survey to comply with the requirements the Government has of all NHS doctors surgeries; this ensures that every surgery in the country is listening to the needs of their patients.
We created this survey following consultation with the established Patient Participation Group (PPG) at Lambeth Walk in order to find out areas of priority that need improvement.
We ran the survey for 14 days, the PPG met via a series of virtual telephone conferences and an report was collated as a result.
We will also ensure that we publicise all actions taken and the subsequent achievements on the website and in reception.
